Fashion - Garanimals vs. Tory Burch
Quite some time ago, I read a comment on a blog complaining that Tory Burch reminded them of Garanimals.

I can see where they were coming from. I consider Tory Burch to be “unthinking fashion”, but I love it just the same. I am not into hunting, thrifting, remaking, waiting, so it works for me. If you put on a Tory outfit you know, for the most part, you are going to look good. And I am still not tired of my collection of Reva flats. They are the reason I started wearing flats again.
The same thought process could be said for other brands too. But today let’s focus on Tory.
Thoughts?
I still love Tory shoes…I don’t have any of her clothes but I can’t imagine anyone looking horrible in them.
Garanimals? really? I don’t see it. As much as I love buying from and wearing j.crew I’d say they are more garanimal like than Tory’s clothing. That’s why I have so much from j.crew I don’t have to think about the fashion it all just works for me.
I agree, I know I look good when wearing something by TB - I always get compliments :). I have 2 of the tunic dresses as well as 2 tunic tops and 2 pairs of the reva’s - LOVE them all!
