Shades of Enron
Is anyone following this “Enron loophole” thing like I am? And how it affects the price of oil.

The bill it was attached to passed so let’s hope it will help a bit. Oh if Georgie jr. had only pushed for more alternative fuel develpoment funding eight years ago…
GW has said he is going to veto it.
Sarah and Leslie: I’m at least heartened from what I Googled recently about it: that the Congress apparently has a bipartisan, veto-proof majority - at least in the House. Of course, that means nothing until the veto actually is overridden, but I’ll keep my fingers crossed!
