Facebook - Groups
I joined Facebook. Not sure if that was a good idea. Since it is another time waster I don’t really need. I will probably get bored with it like everything else.
I now have a couple of friends. All my “friends” have much larger friend groups. I guess I arrived late to the party.
The part that I have found fun is finding the odd groups that have been set up to join. I joined the JLA group and the “You Grew Up in Nashville” group.
But the group I found funny (but did not join) is called “Preppy on the Outside, Gangster on the Inside”. Can’t you just see that as a bumper sticker. I think it would look fab on the back of my Prius (add sarcasm here).
(When I think about this more I have mental images of some girl in a pink polo, f-g someone up.)
OMG that is hilarious. I would make a bumper sticker up just for that saying! Let’s do it!
Agreed. We should sell them.
I am going to look for one of those sticker makers (professionally done) not the crafty DIY ones that look like crap and let you know. I think it would be a hoot.
That would be a very funny bumper sticker. I’ve never gotten into Myspace or Facebook (weird, there are restaurants here in B’more that have Myspace pages). I would not be surprised if there was actually a “Nashville Preppy-Gangstas” group floating around somewhere. I would love to see that!

I joined Facebook for work and it’s actually part of my job to be on Facebook every day! Pretty cool - huh?
I just joined facebook as well. I also arrived late to the party.
I still love the idea but don’t use or like MySpace or Facebook. I waste enough time as it is!

I arrived late to the facebook party, too. But my sister set me all up and now it’s fun to check email and have a couple of friend requests each day!
I just joined FaceBook on Sunday and totally agree that it is such another time waster. But it is more fun than other sites like LinkedIn because you can see pics of people. It is fun to see what people from college look like now, even if it is less than a 1square inch picture! I really like your site. I hope you don’t mind if I add it to my favorites!
