This past weekend - Ed came home
This past weekend Ed came home. We had to get a tuxedo fitted, go to a party and most importantly see each other.
My friend had her first big party since she got married. She did a great job making all the food and sewing the tablecloths to keep the BBQ them going. Quite a few people were there and there was tons of food. See below. They also had homemade brownies and homemade ice cream. So good.
On Sunday, I had to go put in hours at the JLA Nearly New store with my committee. Checked out early to go spend time with Ed at our friend’s house before he left. They were watching football. It was such a lovely day and we walked up to Vortex on Peachtree Road and sat out on the patio. As you can see, Ed liked his food.
So sad when I had to take Ed to the airport. I just did not have the heart to make him ride MARTA. Sucks because I won’t see him for two weeks. But I need to be home for work and to get some things done around here.

Yummy, the Vortex!!! I have been craving their fried zucchini. I am so sorry that you wouldn’t be able to see him for two weeks, that stinks.
What a cute bash! I remember college party’s…so fun!
Is it the plastic cups that makes it looks like college? Or do I still look 20? Let me know:)
mmmm it looks yummy and sounds like a fun time
lol, BOTH!
