Books to Love - Social Graces

I went on another book run today. Here is one of the books I bought.

It is not anything new, but I am posting it because there has been so much rudeness lately. I don’t know where you are from, but I would have had some serious punishment as a child if I acted the way many adults act today. I could go on and on about this subject and I will be happy to email anyone privately on the matter. But in the end, if you would be unhappy if it happened to you, why would you do it to someone else? Zero logic, zero sense.

So grow-up! You are not the center of the world and neither am I.

I love the people that think they are the epitome of style and grace come to find out they are the rudest people you’ve ever met!

Always a good reminder! This summer I have just come across some of the best books…new and old. Hope today is a “rude free” zone for you.

I hear ya! Love this book.

  4. I second, Alyssa. I certainly know a few of these types of people and unfortunately, they run rampant on the internet.

I have to find this book. You are so right about people being rude these days. I would’ve been smacked silly if I had acted the way some folks do today. Especially the children. I’ve worked with kids - elementary school age - for most of the last three years, and as the song goes, I don’t know what’s wrong with these kids today! They’re defiant in a way that they’d never get away with before.
